The Factors to Draw Up The Britons deciding to Travel In Thailand.
I am Natthaphol but all you guys might know me as Nathan. What's so ever you call me. This is my research weblog, I'm going to show you about my progress of my research in the topic of The Factors to Draw Up The Britons deciding to Travel In Thailand. The reason to choose this topic is I'd like to know what is the real motivation for British people to travel in Thailand? From the record data of Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the British people is such a big proportion to come to my country. Just wondering why? What do they think about Thailand? Why Thailand is their choice of holiday destination? What is the real consumer behaviour about tourism in Thailand? However, there are many hypothesises in my dissertation. I hope that I might get your idea to make my research move on.

How old are they?
How long they gonna stay? How much they spend?and Trend
Heard that Mostly for vacation after retire,Is it true?
Thank you for your comment. I try to research your topic questions and post it in my weblog soon. It won't be long, Nong Ploy!!!!
ReplyDeleteI guess, your methodology is questionnaire that first section in general, second section is the factors which relate with evidence, right? So I think third section may or may not be, where does they get the information, maybe useful, you know what? for example, from internet that mean both public sector and private sector should concern about improving their website into international etc.. other, from exhibition,if the result like this is not helpful to them that mean the governor should be find difference way to subside the business etc... how do you think? I don't very know about tourism much. So this is my idea.
ReplyDeleteMay be of their food, places and people.
ReplyDeleteMy little suggestion about topic
ReplyDeleteBritons- Do you mean "all British going to Thailand".
Thailand- Which part, Which occasion, What time?
Topic- too high at the moment, cause you have to research huge population. So should go for specific?
I don't know much about tourism, but I kinda agree with d comment above that the topic is quite broad. Maybe u can narrow down a bit to... British tourists to Thailand after natural calamity (i.e. Tsunami in 2004), or after economic difficulties in... I havve no idea :p)? N maybe specific the region like South/North/lalala because the whole Thailand might be too broad.
ReplyDeleteIf u decide to go with their decision after natural calamity or other difficulties, u can mention about how Thai government promote our country and how/where British tourists receive that information. And u might be able to criticise/analyse if we succeed in doing PR by comparing d money we spent to d money we gain... or smth like that.
Im not so sure if my opinion will work tho, LOL. I'll ask Ilja for u as he's much better in Tourism than I am:)
i mean "specify"* in line 4 tho:P
ReplyDeleteOh, i also think u can use the 7Ps (Place, Price, Promotion, People, etc.) as a model for analysis:)
ReplyDeletei´m agree with one comment that the topic might be too broad. Tho the topic is interesting. How many words exactly for ur disser ka? U know it can be 10...% over or under word limit. So u might need to bring up some unique/ new/ attracting points to focus on which will help narrow down ur topic n makes ur disser even more interesting n outstanding from the existing ones (coz I think there might already be researches on this topics). But dont worry, from my experience u'll know what u should focus on when u r done with all info. N have u chked thr related theories n other references if they r varying or much enought? coz u might need like 30 ref.... So it's gonna be qualitative right? Interviews seem neccessary. Inductive or deductive? Emmmm...it's all i can think of for now. If i can help u with anything, just let me know na ka, i'm happy to. G'luck ka =)See more
ReplyDeleteThank you very big for all of your fantastic ideas. I will take all of your ideas to delvelop my research. I'll pop in to post my new update as soon as posible. Cheers! Bye now.
ReplyDeleteThe Factors to Draw Up The Britons deciding to Travel In Thailand of course,The weather
ReplyDeleteWarm & sunny with a few months of warm & wet. You normally get about a 6 month stretch of continuously blue skies in the dry season. Perfect for the avoidance of cold, dark, miserable, drizzly and generally pants weather like I experienced in London for 12 years and The cost of living. You can live like a king here and still spend about a quarter of what you’d spend in London eating baked beans and living in a dump
ok good luck mate
